At Sky Land Consultants we market land on behalf of land owners and sites that we have acquired exclusively by Option. By operating this way we offer our clients a vast array of alternative plots/Land in many different locations. Some of our sites may not be included within the current Adopted Local Plan with the relevant Planning Authority for the particular area. We advise that you discuss with ourselves any questions that you may have concerning the planning process and possible future uses of each site.
SKY Land Consultants PLC do not offer land that is contained within the Greenbelt as defined in the local and strategic plans for the relevant area, our sites are classed as “Open Countryside” or “White Belt”. Many Authorities have contained within their Adopted Local Plan Rural Exemption Policies which permits development with the Open Countryside when sustainability and feasibility (need) can be proved for Affordable homes as defined in PPS3 guidelines. We are committed in the protection of the Greenbelt within the UK and will not market land that is contained in the Greenbelt for future possible Residential purposes.
